2012年是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十四次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)提出建立社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制20周年,也是鄧小平“南巡講話”20周年,特別是剛剛閉幕的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的十八大讓中國(guó)的改革進(jìn)一步具有了特殊的含義和期待。中國(guó)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合越來越緊密了,作為朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)、幸福產(chǎn)業(yè)、民生產(chǎn)業(yè)的中國(guó)旅游業(yè)正在科學(xué)發(fā)展,力爭(zhēng)到2020年成為世界第一入境旅游目的地國(guó)和全球最大的國(guó)內(nèi)旅游市場(chǎng),成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和人民群眾更加滿意的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)。在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)和旅游業(yè)強(qiáng)勢(shì)發(fā)展情況下,中國(guó)旅游業(yè)的興盛離不開酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)同世界酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展與交流越發(fā)日益密切。由聯(lián)合國(guó)世界旅游組織、中國(guó)國(guó)家旅游局、南京市人民政府特別支持,由世界酒店聯(lián)盟、旅游衛(wèi)視、世界華商聯(lián)合會(huì)、美國(guó)亞洲協(xié)會(huì)共同在中國(guó)南京紫金山莊成功地主辦了“世界酒店論壇2012年會(huì)”,為積極探索中國(guó)旅游業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的科學(xué)路徑,凸顯“中國(guó)聲音”和“中國(guó)元素”,為更好的加強(qiáng)中國(guó)酒店業(yè)同世界旅游酒店業(yè)的交流與合作創(chuàng)造了良好的平臺(tái)、提供了良好的機(jī)遇。
2012 marks not only the 20th anniversary of the proposal to establish the socialist market economic system put forward by the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, but also marks the 20th anniversary of “South Talk” by Deng Xiaoping. What’s more, the 18th National Congress of the CPC marks more special meanings and expectations of China’s reform in future.China’s intergration into the world economy has been increasingly close. As a sunrise industry, happiness industry and the people's livelihood industry, the scientific development of China’s tourism is being carried out so that the tourism industry will be the strategic pillar industry of national economy as well as the modern service industry that people are more satisfied with. Besides, China is also striving to be both the world’s top tourist destination and the biggest domestic tourism market by 2020.Under the new circumstance that tourism is booming, we believe that the prosperity of China’s tourism industry can not be separable from the development of the hotel industry, and the development and exchange between China and the world hotel industry will be surely increasingly close day by day. Supported by the United Nations World Tourism Organization, China National Tourism Administration and People's Government of Nanjing, “2012 World Hotel Forum Conference” is successfully co-hosted by WHA, Travel channel, World Chinese Merchants Union Association and USA Aisa Society in The Purple Palace Nanjing, China. This conference creates a good platform and provides a good opportunity to explore the scientific path of the development pattern of China's tourism industry, to highlight the “Voice of China”and “Chinese elements”, and to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between China's hotel industry and world's tourism & hotel industry.
世界酒店論壇2012年會(huì)主題圍繞“新時(shí)期酒店地產(chǎn)及酒店投資管理焦點(diǎn)”,包括“世界酒店論壇2012年會(huì)”和“第五屆世界酒店投資峰會(huì)暨第四屆五洲鉆石獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)盛典”等重要活動(dòng)。來自海內(nèi)外十幾個(gè)國(guó)家的近400名政要以及旅游酒店行業(yè)的企業(yè)家、專家和精英共同見證此次行業(yè)盛會(huì)。

酒店業(yè)是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的窗口行業(yè)。世界酒店業(yè)正在蓬勃發(fā)展,更多更新的投資概念在世界酒店行業(yè)出現(xiàn),在投資開發(fā)的同時(shí),科學(xué)發(fā)展是一個(gè)越來越令人重視的問題。面對(duì)新機(jī)遇和新挑戰(zhàn),本屆大會(huì)就新形勢(shì)下酒店業(yè)的科學(xué)發(fā)展、酒店投資管理的改革與創(chuàng)新、酒店地產(chǎn)投資與合作等諸多酒店業(yè)熱點(diǎn)話題進(jìn)行碰撞和深層次交流。與會(huì)嘉賓代表就“世界與中國(guó)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及展望”、“旅游及酒店業(yè)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)”、“酒店地產(chǎn)與酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)合”、“酒店業(yè)品牌鑄造與競(jìng)合”等主要問題達(dá)成一系列共識(shí)。
Hotel industry is the various service trade of world economic development. The world hotel industry is booming, more and newer investment concepts grow in world hotel industry. The scientific development is a great issue which gets more and more attention while investment develops at the same time. Faced with new opportunities and new challenges, this conference facilitates the collision and deep communication on many hot topics in the hotel industry, such as the scientific development of the hotel industry in new circumstances, the reform and innovation of hotel investment management, the hotel real estate investment and cooperation. All the participants reach a series of consensus on some main problems, involving “the status quo and outlook of the world and China’s tourism economic development”, “the hot spots of tourism & hotel industry”, “the combination of hotel real estate and hotel operation”, “the creation,competition and win-win of the hotel brand”.
就世界與中國(guó)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及展望方面,與會(huì)者一致認(rèn)為,傳統(tǒng)旅游業(yè)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合將是旅游業(yè)做大的必由之路。公共部門之間、公營(yíng)和私營(yíng)之間的合作將變得同等重要。尤其是,中國(guó)本土酒店品牌的培育及其文化內(nèi)涵提升的時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來。
就旅游及酒店業(yè)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)方面,與會(huì)者一致認(rèn)為,應(yīng)更加注重對(duì)無形資產(chǎn)的投資與培育,更加關(guān)注中產(chǎn)階級(jí)市場(chǎng),更加強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)休閑、康體、文化主題的把握和運(yùn)用。
在酒店地產(chǎn)與酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)合方面,與會(huì)者一致認(rèn)為,應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)國(guó)際品牌與民族品牌的良性互動(dòng),注重管理公司與酒店投資取向的有機(jī)對(duì)接,關(guān)注綜合經(jīng)營(yíng)管理酒店地產(chǎn)。
在酒店業(yè)品牌鑄造與競(jìng)合方面,與會(huì)者一致認(rèn)為,品牌塑造是滿足市場(chǎng)需求的一種能力,一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn),一種品質(zhì)。國(guó)內(nèi)外酒店品牌競(jìng)合發(fā)展需要業(yè)主方、管理公司及相關(guān)第三方機(jī)構(gòu)的良性匹配與選擇。
On the topic “the status quo and outlook of the world and China’s tourism economic development”, the participants unanimously agree that integration of traditional tourism and related industries is the route one must take to enlarge tourism industry. The cooperation within the public sectors and the cooperation between the public and private sectors will be equally important.More importantly,the time that to cultivate national hotel brands and enhance its cultural connotation has come.
On the topic “the hot spots of tourism & hotel industry”, the participants believe that more emphasis should be put on the investment of intangible assets and the middle-class market.Besides, hotels must be able to grasp and make full use of these themes:leisure,sports and culture.
On the topic “the combination of hotel real estate and hotel operation”, the participants unanimously consent that international brand and national brand should interact harmoniously, and more attention should be paid to the combination of management companies and hotel investment orientation.The comprehensive operation and management of hotel real estate should also be paid more attention.
On the topic “the creation, competition and win-win of the hotel brand”, the participants reach a consensus that brand creation is the ability to satisfy the market demand,representing a standard and a kind of quality. The competition and win-win between international hotel brands and national hotel brands needs the benign matching and selection within the owner, management companies and related third party institution .
