有著將近30 年的豐富酒店從業經驗。在他開始新的喜達屋職業之旅前，曾在一系列頂級精品酒店及國際連鎖酒店集團，如凱賓斯基和洲際集團擔任關鍵的行政及總經理職位。他的職業足跡遍布亞洲、歐洲和中東地區，履任前為埃及開羅尼羅河凱賓斯基酒店總經理。

With a 30-year experience in hospitality industry, he is quite a profession. Previous to his career with Starwood, he served on administrative posts in quite a couple of boutique hotels and chain hotel groups, e.g. Kempinsky and InterContinental. He has worked in Asia, Europe and Mid-East areas and he was General Manager of Kempinski Nile Hotel before his appointment in Starwood.
