石泰樂先生（Mr. Roland Steiner）是北京新云南皇冠假日酒店的總經(jīng)理，同時(shí)是洲際酒店集團(tuán)華北中區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)總監(jiān)。
 
他加入洲際酒店集團(tuán)已經(jīng)超過30年，在他的從業(yè)經(jīng)理中游歷了很多的國(guó)家，從他的家鄉(xiāng)德國(guó)，到南非、美國(guó)、新加坡、馬來西亞等地，積累了豐富的酒店管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 自從1992年來到烏魯木齊假日酒店，他就在中國(guó)扎下根來，先后在武漢、成都、杭州、大連等地洲際集團(tuán)旗下的酒店擔(dān)任總經(jīng)理。他對(duì)酒店行業(yè)充滿熱忱，尤其擅長(zhǎng)國(guó)際酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略營(yíng)銷、新酒店開業(yè)等，憑借其至臻至善的服務(wù)理念和卓越的管理能力，取得了驕人的業(yè)績(jī)。
 
2013年10月份，石泰樂加入了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店，帶領(lǐng)酒店管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，先后承辦了洲際集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議、國(guó)際學(xué)校交流會(huì)、米其林美食節(jié)、德國(guó)啤酒節(jié)等活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了酒店市場(chǎng)影響力及酒店績(jī)效！
 
 
PROFILE - MR. ROLAND STEINER
 
Mr. Roland Steiner is the general manager of Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace, and also hosts his post as Director of Operations, Central North China of IHG.

Mr. Steiner has been working with IHG for over 30 years. He commenced his career in Germany and has held key general manager positions across various IHG properties in South Africa, the US, Singapore, Malaysia and China. With his passion for excellence, extraordinary leaderships and commitments, he has reached outstanding achievements, in hotel management, marketing strategy and new openings especially.

Mr. Steiner joined Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace in October 2013 and during the last 2 years, he has been leading the management team and hosted multiple grand events like IHG leadership conference, Michelin gourmet festival, Oktoberfest, through which the visibility and influence of the hotel in the marketplace has been enhanced enormously.
